TLR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,089 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB10, DDX60, and TRIM21. Each is linked with TLR3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR3-to-partner and partner-to-TLR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLR3 versus PSMB10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
