TLR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, PCNA, and JNK2. Each is linked with TLR3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR3-to-partner and partner-to-TLR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met_pY1235 grouped by TLR3-low versus TLR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
