TLR3

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,614 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I, Defense response to virus, and Negative regulation of IP-10 production. Each is linked with TLR3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR3-to-partner and partner-to-TLR3 results are reported.
