TLR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,114 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ICAM1, APBB1IP, and PARVG. Each is linked with TLR2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR2-to-partner and partner-to-TLR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLR2 versus ICAM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
