TLR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZAN, C1orf87, and IFNA2. Each is linked with TLR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR2-to-partner and partner-to-TLR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZAN grouped by TLR2-low versus TLR2-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
