The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TLR10 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TLR10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and SARC are the cancer types where TLR10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
