TLR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,571 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, WIPF1, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with TLR1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR1-to-partner and partner-to-TLR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLR1 versus WAS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
