TLR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,808 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC4E, INSYN2B, and NCF4. Each is linked with TLR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR1-to-partner and partner-to-TLR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLR1 versus CLEC4E in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
