Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,277 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Detection of bacterial lipopeptide, Response to triacyl bacterial lipopeptide, and Cellular response to triacyl bacterial lipopeptide. Each is linked with TLR1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR1-to-partner and partner-to-TLR1 results are reported.
