TLR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR23C, NUPR2, and ZCCHC13. Each is linked with TLR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR1-to-partner and partner-to-TLR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR23C grouped by TLR1-low versus TLR1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
