Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TLNRD1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TLNRD1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher TLNRD1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TLNRD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KICH, CESC, and PRAD are the cancer types where TLNRD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
