TLN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,765 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSU1, FLNA, and FSTL1. Each is linked with TLN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLN1-to-partner and partner-to-TLN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLN1 versus RSU1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
