TLN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,800 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRPX, CRISPLD2, and ATP8B4. Each is linked with TLN1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLN1-to-partner and partner-to-TLN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLN1 versus SRPX in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
