TLN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,591 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are R3HCC1, GCH1, and FUT10. Each is linked with TLN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLN1-to-partner and partner-to-TLN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, R3HCC1 grouped by TLN1-low versus TLN1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
