TLN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 845 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G2F, OR6V1, and IQCF5. Each is linked with TLN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLN1-to-partner and partner-to-TLN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G2F grouped by TLN1-low versus TLN1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
