Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TLL2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TLL2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher TLL2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TLL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and CESC show a favorable association.
SCLC, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where TLL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
