TLL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,936 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPM1, NAA25, and PODN. Each is linked with TLL1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLL1-to-partner and partner-to-TLL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLL1 versus TPM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
