TLL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 674 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PUS3, HRK, and ART3. Each is linked with TLL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLL1-to-partner and partner-to-TLL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLL1 versus PUS3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
