TLL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, TFRC, and ASNS. Each is linked with TLL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLL1-to-partner and partner-to-TLL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by TLL1-low versus TLL1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
