Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,175 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA processing, Endodermal cell differentiation, and mRNA transport. Each is linked with TLL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLL1-to-partner and partner-to-TLL1 results are reported.
