TLL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 242 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAHD2A, ATG101, and TWF2. Each is linked with TLL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLL1-to-partner and partner-to-TLL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAHD2A grouped by TLL1-low versus TLL1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
