TLK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,018 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are INTS2, TRIM37, and BIRC5. Each is linked with TLK2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLK2-to-partner and partner-to-TLK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLK2 versus INTS2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
