TLK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLB1L3, TBX5, and ST6GAL2. Each is linked with TLK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLK2-to-partner and partner-to-TLK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLB1L3 grouped by TLK2-low versus TLK2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
