TLE4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLE4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,105 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPFIBP2, SIPA1L2, and TMEM154. Each is linked with TLE4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE4-to-partner and partner-to-TLE4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLE4 versus PPFIBP2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
