TLE4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLE4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with TLE4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE4-to-partner and partner-to-TLE4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by TLE4-low versus TLE4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
