Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLE4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,456 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome separation, Golgi vesicle transport, and Negative regulation of endodermal cell differentiation. Each is linked with TLE4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE4-to-partner and partner-to-TLE4 results are reported.
