TLE4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLE4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZIM2, AQP12B, and PRRG3. Each is linked with TLE4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE4-to-partner and partner-to-TLE4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZIM2 grouped by TLE4-low versus TLE4-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
