Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TLE3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TLE3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher TLE3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TLE3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
BRCA, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where TLE3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
