TLE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,739 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2, EIF4G1, and CENPV. Each is linked with TLE2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE2-to-partner and partner-to-TLE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLE2 versus MYEF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
