Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLE2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,109 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TLE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRF5, TRAF7, and NMT1. Each is linked with TLE2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE2-to-partner and partner-to-TLE2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLE2 versus IRF5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
