Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,009 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial electron transport, NADH to ubiquinone, Aerobic electron transport chain, and Positive regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with TLE2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE2-to-partner and partner-to-TLE2 results are reported.
