TLE1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,396 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLE1P1, SMC5, and TLE4. Each is linked with TLE1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE1-to-partner and partner-to-TLE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
