Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 496 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13D1, OR13C3, and ZNF705D. Each is linked with TLE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLE1-to-partner and partner-to-TLE1 results are reported.
