Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TLDC2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TLDC2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher TLDC2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TLDC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and LUAD are the cancer types where TLDC2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
