TLDC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,019 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLDC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAMHD1, MICAL1, and CORO1A. Each is linked with TLDC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLDC2-to-partner and partner-to-TLDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLDC2 versus SAMHD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
