TLDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 122 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR649, RNU6-328P, and FTLP10. Each is linked with TLDC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLDC2-to-partner and partner-to-TLDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR649 grouped by TLDC2-low versus TLDC2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
