Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TLCD5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TLCD5 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TLCD5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TLCD5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD are the cancer types where TLCD5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
