TLCD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLCD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,950 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLCD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, TCEA3, and ARFGEF3. Each is linked with TLCD4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLCD4-to-partner and partner-to-TLCD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLCD4 versus DDAH1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLCD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLCD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
