Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLCD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,669 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TLCD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R42, AGBL4, and KLHL32. Each is linked with TLCD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLCD4-to-partner and partner-to-TLCD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLCD4 versus PPP1R42 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLCD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLCD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
