Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TLCD3A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TLCD3A data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TLCD3A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TLCD3A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, PRAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where TLCD3A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
