Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLCD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,759 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TLCD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF638_S1100, PPP1R10, and PRKDC. Each is linked with TLCD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLCD1-to-partner and partner-to-TLCD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLCD1 versus ZNF638_S1100 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
