TLCD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLCD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,338 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM45A, PLA2G5, and KPNA3. Each is linked with TLCD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLCD1-to-partner and partner-to-TLCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLCD1 versus TMEM45A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
