TLCD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLCD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 282 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01730, PRORP, and ATG4A. Each is linked with TLCD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLCD1-to-partner and partner-to-TLCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01730 grouped by TLCD1-low versus TLCD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
