TLCD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLCD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, Shc_pY317, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with TLCD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLCD1-to-partner and partner-to-TLCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by TLCD1-low versus TLCD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
