Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLCD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,293 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEK8, TM7SF2, and TRAF4. Each is linked with TLCD1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLCD1-to-partner and partner-to-TLCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLCD1 versus NEK8 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
