Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLCD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,715 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLCD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, Negative regulation of vasculature development, and Negative regulation of blood vessel morphogenesis. Each is linked with TLCD1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLCD1-to-partner and partner-to-TLCD1 results are reported.
