TKTL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TKTL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,454 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TKTL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MARCHF1, XKR6, and PLAC8L1. Each is linked with TKTL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TKTL2-to-partner and partner-to-TKTL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TKTL2 versus MARCHF1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TKTL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TKTL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
