TKTL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TKTL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TKTL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8B8, SIM1, and SLC5A7. Each is linked with TKTL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TKTL2-to-partner and partner-to-TKTL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8B8 grouped by TKTL2-low versus TKTL2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TKTL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TKTL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
