TKT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TKT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,628 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TKT-associated genes across cancer lineages are NMRAL2P, MFAP2, and RGS4. Each is linked with TKT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TKT-to-partner and partner-to-TKT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TKT versus NMRAL2P in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TKT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TKT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
