TKT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TKT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TKT-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPAN16, OR52A1, and BPY2. Each is linked with TKT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TKT-to-partner and partner-to-TKT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN16 grouped by TKT-low versus TKT-high in LIVER.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TKT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TKT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
